Early Season Smallies
Early Smallmouth
May to July is our regions early shallow water bite for some of the Midwest's finest trophy smallmouth bass fishing available. Our pre to spawn and post spawn bite runs from May to July on Chequamegon Bay and typicaly May to mid June for inland waters. This is a bucket list trip for many people looking to bring a 5 to 6 plus lb Northern smallie to hand. Dont miss out this season this is a very unique setting for both big shallow water Great lakes smallmouth as well as some serious trophy inland waters as well.

Northern Pike trips
Lake Superior Pike fishing is not a typical fishing trip for most anglers it becomes a destination trip and for great reason! Any time from May through October can be a good time to chase pike and better yet big pike.If your looking for a great adventure chasing pike look no further be it you want to chase them by conventional tackle or by Fly either are a rewarding and fun way to pursue these big toothy critters! Most of our pike trips are on Lake Superiors Chequamegon bay and other select areas of the south shore of Lake Superior, We do love to chase these crazy fun fish on Fly tackle but we certainly are not purists when it comes to targeting these great fish. Its all great fun and anglers can be rewarded with some very nice caliber fish to truly trophy class fish these famed pike waters.
June/August River Smallie & Musky
June to August River Smallie & Musky combo trips,
This is a transition period for us from chasing Chequamegon bay and local lake smallie populations here in our area, We do still work the lakes but this time frame is the golden ticket for a good time on some absolutely beautiful and remote water. This is one of our favorite times of the open water season from fly rod to spinning gear this is an exciting trip often through remote and stunning country, where we can often target both the big shouldered river smallies and also target river musky on lighter gear for a screaming good time.
Walleye
May though Oct is a big window for these much sought after fish of the northwoods, We offer trips on both Lake Superior and limited inland waters for these tasty sporty iconic fish of the north woods. We typically fish them rod in hand trolling but also some jigging and casting as well, Different waters require different approaches most times. This trip can quickly turn into a smorgasbord mixed bag bite of great eating and sporty fish like northern pike, yellow perch and often some crappies on the selected inland waters.
Lake Superior and tributary waters trout and salmon
Spring and Fall is prime time on Lake Superiors south shore for migrating fall runs of brown trout, coho salmon, as well as spring & fall run steelhead/rainbow's, This trip is not a trolling meat haul type trip! This is all rod in hand fishing casting either with fly gear or by spinning gear. Its a magical time to be on lake superior or its tribs fishing these hard fighting and beautiful fish, If your a trout bum this is something you want to get in on your bucket list! We work very specific waters by boat/drift boat and also by wading if the client is up to the wading adventure end of the game.
Sept through Nov Fall Musky trips
This is one of my favorite times of the season right here fall musky and if your a musky nut you know the feeling!! We work the big river waters local to our region as well as some specific lakes that we like to target! This is not your normal musky program of throwing giant lures with tuna sized rods! We pride our selves with working with med/heavy gear to help keep folks happy and engaged in the hunt there on! Not to wear them out and be half on the bench when it is game time to make it happen! Musky fishing is tough enough both psychically and mentally why not make it a tad more enjoyable! We are proud to offer trips for both Fly anglers and conventional gear folks.

Note If live suckers are used the cost will be added to the trip cost.
